3. PRODUCTS (MAGAZINE & COFFEE)
- Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- Pricing: Prices for products are as quoted on the site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Delivery: Shipping times for the magazine (Issue 02) are estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
- Returns & Refunds: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return physical products. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, coffee products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
4. TRAVEL SERVICES (LA RUTA TRAVELS)
- Bookings: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and a confirmation invoice issued.
- Financial Protection: In compliance with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, all passenger payments are protected via Payments are protected in accordance with UK Package Travel Regulations.
- Cancellations: Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the departure date. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for the full scale of charges.
- Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all travelers have adequate travel insurance.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images (including volcanic photography and editorial layouts), and software, is the property of the business and protected by international copyright laws.
